John Lennon Twice-Signed Gramex Application for the Plastic Ono Band.

John Lennon has signed his name in block letters in green ink at the top of this four page Grame membership/admission application, and he has also signed his name, adding the date "Dec. 4 1975" at the bottom. Both his block signature, his signature and the date are written in John's hand in green ink.

The Plastic Ono Band were a rock band formed by John Lennon and Yoko Ono in 1969 for their collaborative and solo projects based on their 1968 Fluxus conceptual art project of the same name.

Dimensions: 6 in x 8.5 in.

Condition: Overall very good condition, the application which opens out into four pages, each 6 in x 8.5 in, has small separation in two sections, otherwise intact.

Authentication: Roger Epperson (REAL) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
