Double-sided 'MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT', Dated October 15, 1968 and measuring 8" x 13" in.

This agreement, between Northern Songs Limited and Maclen (Music) Limited (which is the songwriting partnership of Paul McCartney and John Lennon) relates to the song "Why Don't We Do It In The Road", which appears on the Beatles self-titled 1968 Double LP release commonly known as "The White Album", assigns Northern Songs Limited the full copyright for all countries in the world for the duration and all extensions.

John Lennon has signed in his designated space using a black felt tip marker. This document has additionally been signed on behalf of Maclen (Music) Limited by Neil Aspinall, who has used a black ballpoint pen.

This is a highly coveted "White Album" related document, with an excellent representative example of John Lennon's signature from this extremely rare and desirable period. A must-have for any serious Beatles collector.
