John Lennon Signed Original 1969 “I Love Yoko” Montreal Bed-In Drawing.

Offered here is an incredibly rare oversized drawing in black ink, of John Lennon, with the words “I Love Yoko” written above his head. A true testament of love to Yoko from John in 1969

This artwork was drafted by Lennon in Suite 1742 at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, Montreal, Canada, during John and Yoko's historic Bed-In for Peace, 26 May - 2 June 1969; the artwork was presented to Lennon's' close friend.

This drawing is featured in the couple’s 1969 “Bed-In for Peace” documentary as part of their demonstration against the Vietnam War. This drawing can be seen hanging on the wall behind the couple. The bed-ins, which lasted two weeks at two hotels in Amsterdam and Montreal, received a lot of press coverage at the time.

Dimensions: 22 x 28 inches on thick artist's paper. The drawing is attached by tape on top to a 34 in x 27.25 in thick artist's board.

Incredibly rare and historic, and a must-have for any serious Lennon Collector.

Fair condition with some staining.

Authentication: Frank Caiazzo Letter of Authenticity, a Roger Epperson (REAL) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
