This photo was originally taken May 19, 1967 at the London home of Beatles manager Brian Epstein. The occasion was a promotional party to celebrate the release of the upcoming Beatles album “Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band,” would be released exactly a week later. Among the photographers invited were Dezo Hoffman (who shot many Beatles photographs in their earlier years) and Linda McCartney, who had her first real chance to talk to Paul at this event. They would reconnect a year later in America during a promotional event for newly formed Apple Records, and the rest is history as they say.
John Lennon signed Beatles photographs are very rare and desirable, this example being no exception
