John Lennon Owned Stained Glass Window Displayed in His Tittenhurst Home.

This handmade and artist signed stained glass window, most likely dating from the Edwardian period in England, was owned and displayed by John Lennon at this home Tittenhurst Park, Ascot. According to the detailed Certificate of Authenticity that accompanies this piece, it was in 1971 when Lennon was packing up to move to the United States with wife Yoko Ono, when Lennon gifted the stained glass to former Apple employee Alistair Taylor. Taylor was helping Lennon pack jup the house, deciding that to take to the U.S. and what not to take. In lieu of paying Taylor for his help with the immense job, Lennon gifted several items to Taylor, including this magnificent hand-made stained glass.

Dimensions: Approximately 20 in x .75 in x 46 in.

Condition: Good.

Authentication: Certificate of Authenticity from J. Govinda Sharma, Associate Curator, The Rock Mart, and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
