1969 Joe Namath Signed Lithograph by LeRoy Neiman Signed by Both Namath and Neiman.
Most well-known for his work that appeared in Playboy magazine (where he created the Femlin character for the Party Jokes page), LeRoy Neiman was a celebrated expressionist painter who enjoyed creating paintings from his travels and social activities. This included sports, as he has painted several pieces featuring the Olympics, Super Bowl, World Series, and the Kentucky Derby.
His Joe Namath piece here is colorful and vibrant even in just a simple pose. The lithography is signed by Namath in gold in the bottom left and by Neiman in graphite in the bottom right, and it is framed and matted at 29x36"
