Jimi Hendrix Owned & Worn Custom Heavy Brown Leather Hand-Stitched Vest.
Presented here is Jimi Hendrix's personally owned and worn custom heavy brown leather vest with leather hand-stitching and front pockets. This vest comes from the collection of renowned booking agent and promotional agent Irwin Pate, During his very long career, Irwin and his wife Clarine obtained a large collection of personal clothing and articles belonging to numerous entertainers. When traveling on concert tours Irwin often would obtain many of these articles from both tour crew members and venue staff, and some items he obtained directly from the celebrity. This heavy brown leather vest with hand-stitching was left behind by Jimi Hendrix after a concert. A venue employee held on to it as a souvenir, and then several years later the employee sold it to Irwin after Irwin told him of his collection.
Size: With no label indicating size, we estimate the vest to be a men's medium-large.
