A James Gang original 1973 contract with the Cleveland Recording Company for a three hour recording session on September 3, 1973. The 8.5 x 13 contract names Tommy Bolin as the leader of the band and Tommy has hand initialed where it lists his name and address (the whole band lists the same address). Bolin's signature also appears on the document, but it is very light so this is very likely the carbon copy that was behind the original. The songs recorded were "Mystery" and "Ride The Wind." It lists the scale wages for each band member. The contract is accompanied by an 11 x 17 limited edition lithograph drawing of Tommy Bolin that has been numbered (111 of 202) and signed by the artist Charlie Carr. Very good condition. From the personal collection of Tommy's brother Johnnie Bolin, comes with a letter of provenance and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
