This green jumpsuit was worn on stage during a performance by legendary entertainer James Brown, “The Godfather of Soul." Mr. Brown wore this outfit sometime during his “Sex Machine ‘76” album tour and can also be seen wearing the suit in the attached “In Performance” promotional photo (see matching rhinestone patterns between poster and jumpsuit, including "missing" rhinestone and number of stones used). The green jumpsuit with flared bell bottom cuffs and puffed sleeves has the backwards initial “J” on the collar device, and the word “SEX” emblazoned in rhinestones at the midsection. This item is from the estate of the late James Brown. The suit is in very good stage worn condition and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
