Incredibly Rare Van Halen Concert Flyer Dated May 27, 1976 Flyer with Handwritten Setlist Most Likely Done by Eddie Van Halen.

Van Halen is one of the most accomplished rock and roll bands in history. Originally formed in 1973 in Pasadena, CA, the band consisted of guitarist Eddie Van Halen, Eddie's brother, drummer Alex Van Halen, lead vocalist David Lee Roth, and bassist and vocalist Michael Anthony. Though Eddie passed away in 2020, the band lives on and so does its list of No. 1 hits. Their lead single "Jump" from 1984, from their sixth studio album entitled 1984, was the band's only No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Offered here is a rare Van Halen concert flyer from a performance they gave at the Pasadena Convention Center on Saturday, May 29, 1976, at 8 p.m. The 8” x 10” blue flyer with black print includes a photo of the four-member band at the top and shows the admission price of just $2.50 per ticket.

The back of the flyer shows a handwritten setlist that was likely used by the band that evening. This page was previously owned by the late Eddie Van Halen.

The setlist is most likely written in the hand of Eddie Van Halen.
