Original first printing 19 x 28.5 poster designed by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley for the Grateful Dead's New Year's Eve show at the Winterland in San Francisco on December 31, 1978, with the Blues Brothers and New Riders of the Purple Sage as supporting acts. This historic concert was the last ever to be played at Winterland and celebrated the end of an era: the show lasted for over eight hours, with the Grateful Dead's performance—documented on DVD and CD as The Closing of Winterland—clocking in at nearly six hours.
