Grace Slick TV Performance Worn and Owned Suede Poncho.

Grace Slick owned and worn two-toned brown suede poncho. From the collection of the late Irwin Pate who passed away in May 2018. Irwin was a renowned booking agent and promotional manager for over four decades. He promoted talent all over the United States. During his career, Irwin and his wife Clarine obtained a large collection of personal clothing and articles belonging to numerous entertainers. When traveling on concert tours Irwin often would obtain many of these articles from both tour crew members or venue staff. According to Irwin's widow, Clarine, who worked by his side all those years, back then performers very often left behind or discarded clothing and costumes that they no longer needed, and Irwin has the foresight to save many of these items. This suede poncho/cape was worn by Grace Slick during a live TV performance in the early 1970's, and she later left it behind. The poncho has been in their collection every since.

Condition: Very good, vintage worn condition.

Authenticity: Letter from Clarine Pate on Pate Booking Agency letterhead and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
