George Harrison Owned Bronze Narasingha Statuette>
George Harrison personally purchased this 7 inch tall statuette of Narasingha, and a famly member, at the Loi Market in Vrndavana U.P. India. This was his final trip of holy pilgrimage to the land of Sri Krishna in April, 1996. According th letter of provenance that accompied this bronze stuatuette, Harrison was riding in a rickshaw with Sri Vas Das when he spotted the statue and quickly asked the driver to stop. He then went in and purhased the statuette. Later, when Harrison returned to England, he gifted the statuette to Sri Vas Das.
Dimensions: 7 inches in height, base measures 6 in x 2.25 in.
Condition: Very good.
Letter from Sri Van Das on official International Society for Kirshna Consciousness letterhead and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
