Wartime document signed by General Erwin Rommel, German Field Marshal of the German Army, 21st Panzer (Tank) Division Africa, typed in German and dated “2.10.41.” Popularly known as the Desert Fox, Rommel was a highly decorated officer in World War I and during the 1940 invasion of France, distinguished himself as the commander of the 7th Panzer Division.
