Freddie Mercury Signed & Inscribed Original Queen Publicity Photograph and Album Release Party Invitation.
Freddie Mercury, front man and lead-singer of Queen, has signed and inscribed this black and white promotional photograph from Hollywood Recors, "To Stephen - All the Very Best, Freddie Mercury" in black felt-tip marker. The photograph has 12/90 printed on it, most likely indicated when the photos was shot, December 1990. The photograph shows the entire band sitting, with Freddie a bit apart from the rest of the band. Perhaps an unconscious indication of what was to come soon - Freddie's tragic death in November 1991, 11 months later. The signed photograph is accompanied by an original invitation to the launch party of Queen's album "Innuendo." The party took place on Saturday February 2, 1991 at The Queen Mary Grand Salon, Long Beach Harbor.
