A silver metal necklace with a 2" silver metal heart embossed with Elvis's picture on one side and "Sincerely Yours, Elvis Presley" on the other, 1956. Mint, on the original 5" x 7" display card. The white card with blue lettering and a picture of Elvis is in excellent condition. $200 - $300.
