Elvis Presley owned and worn small 14kt yellow gold American flag pin that is comprised of diamonds, rubies and sapphires. Elvis was extremely patriotic and could often be seen wearing a variety of different American flag pins on his private apparel. Some of the flags were costume, and others, such as this one, featured real gemstones.

Accompanied by the photo seen here showing Elvis wearing this exact pin, or one virtually the same, with Priscilla at the wedding of George Klein in Elvis' suite at the Las Vegas Hilton. Elvis gifted the pin to George, the two were long-time close friends going back to their years at Humes High School in Memphis.

Condition: Very Good.
