This offered bible has “Holy Bible Illustrated” embossed in green in the center and “Elvis Presley” embossed in gold in the lower right corner of the cover. The bible was originally presented to Elvis by a fan who wrote a note on the inside cover and also had the inside page gold embossed with a photograph of Elvis and his Mother to read “In Memory Mother”. The note reads, “This book will keep you from sin and only sin will keep you from this book. With Love Joy Woodson”. The bible was later gifted by Delta Biggs Presley on November 30th, 1982 to the most recent owner during a visit to Graceland. The bible has been signed by Elvis in blue ballpoint pen on the first page. A very historical piece of Elvis memorabilia. Comes with a Letter of Provenance, a photograph of the owner with Delta Biggs and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
