A wonderfully colorful Elvis Presley worn shirt and vest with pants, all with Lanksy Brothers Memphis labels, the shirt and vest also having Elvis’ personalized label. The white rayon shirt and vest are both trimmed with red lurex and the black flecked pants are pleated and cuffed. A publicity photo featuring Elvis wearing this outfit, or one virtually the same, accompanies this lot. The photo was most likely taken during the “King Creole” film period, but the outfit does not appear in the film. Very good condition. Comes with letter of provenance from Alan Fortas as well as a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
