Edward G. Robinson was a Romanian-born American actor of stage and screen during Hollywood's Golden Age. He appeared in 30 Broadway plays and more than 100 films during a 50-year career and is best remembered for his tough-guy roles as gangsters in such films as “Little Caesar” and “Key Largo”. He has signed this beautiful photograph as the character Caesar Rico from the movie “Little Caesar”. He has incredible the photograph “Sincerely, Edward G. Robinson” in fountain tip pen. Very good condition. Measures 8 x 10. This lot comes from the extensive personal collection of a life-long collector of Historical, Entertainment and Sports artifacts and memorabilia. The collector has amassed a virtually unmatched collection that is one of the largest we have ever seen.
