A custom striped Kramer Frankenstrat guitar that Eddie Van Halen played and signed during his 1995 balance tour. The guitar comes from Dan Handerson, a stage technician of Eddie’s for a couple shows during the 1995 balance tour. Excited to meet Eddie, he brought his custom-made Kramer guitar that he striped and built off original Kramer parts. When he presented the guitar to Eddie, Eddie loved it. At the time, he wasn't allowed to play Kramer guitars, so he decided to do the entire soundcheck playing this guitar. He played for around an hour, playing his set of the show. Eddie even smoked two full cigarettes, that he placed on the headstock of the guitar. After the jam session, Eddie gave the guitar back to Dan and signed it, “Nice Copy!! Eddie Van Halen 95. Not For Resale!”. Eddie added the “Nice Copy” because he thought that was an excellent copy of his iconic Kramer Frankenstrat, and added “Not For Resale” because Eddie told him never to sell it! Well, 26 years later, this incredible guitar is finally up for sale and would be a dream addition to any Van Halen collection. Comes with a letter of provenance from Dan Handerson, a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
