Ms. Burke donated the elaborate dress to the Fashion Café where it became part of their permanent location starting in September, 1997. Donated directly by actress Delta Burke from her design collection. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from the Fashion Cafe on their letterhead. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
