Def Leppard Steve Clark and Phil Collen’s Owned & Stage Played Ovation Acoustic Guitar

Ovation Acoustic guitar owned and played by Steve Clark and Phil Collen on the “Hysteria” world tour in 1988. Phil Collen played it on the track “Bringing on the heartbreak”. The guitar was played and owned by Steve Clark of Def Leppard extensively through album recordings and live performances, whenever they would use an acoustic guitar, Clark would use this one. Collen was very fond of the guitar as well and played it on several occasions. The guitar comes from Steve Clarks guitar tech Malvin Mortimer. The guitar also has been confirmed authentic by Phil Collen himself, and even did a short YouTube video explaining the backstory of the guitar which will be linked on this lot. An exceptional lot for any Def Leppard fan. Very good condition. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Malvin Mortimer and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
