Def Leppard Steve Clark Owned, Stage Played & “Hysteria” Recorded 1978 Fender Telecaster.
Offered here is an incredible Telecaster which was used thoroughly by Def Leppard lead guitarist Steve Clark.
The first time Steve Clark was seen with a Telecaster in public was on the Top of the Pops show in 1987. Offered here is the guitar he used. Steve messed with his guitars a lot, and one of the things he often did was add a Kahler tremolo unit, and locking nut. This one has a mirror pickguard added to it, most likely specifically for the Top of the Pops performance with the lights.
This telecaster guitar is also identical to the one he used to record on the “Hysteria” album, at Wisseloord Studio in 1984.
Also comes with the original case labeled “STEVE CLARK BLACK FENDER TELECASTER”.
Good played condition.
