A block of four 3c US Postage Stamps (1950 American Bankers Association 75th anniversary stamp) signed by David Packard, an electrical engineer who together with Bill Hewlett founded the Hewlett-Packard company (1939).
The signed stamp block is accompanied by David Packard’s business card as Chairman Emeritus.
Dimensions: Stamps measure 4 in X 2 in.
