David Bowie Vintage Signed 1973 Tour Program.

Dimensions: 8.5 x 11 in.

Good condition.

Provenance: From a former treasurer of Leicester University's Social Club.

He was jointly responsible for booking bands who played at De Montfort Hall.

Per him, "Bowie was meant to play at our rivals Leicester Poly in 1972, a year before our concert but was canceled because he'd gone to New York to see Elvis Presley instead - fair enough! We got the show booked for June 11th and it was, naturally, unbelievable with loads of Japanese costumes and a big band. I remember their rider was modest (compared to Roxy Music who played a couple of months earlier), mainly crates of beer, some wine, juice and fresh sandwiches. I got a Ziggy Stardust album signed which disappeared when I got divorced but managed to hang onto these 2 items which I got free from his management's merchandise stall.".

Good condition.

The other item mentioned is also in the auction.

Authentication: David Bowie Autographs Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
