A fine collection of fifty signed sports photographs / pictures and programs including many iconic sporting figures. Several items are personalized and/or include more than one signature. Signers include Evil Knievel, Sargeant Slaughter, Jack LaLane; Olympic Medalist skaters Dan Jansen, Dorothy Hamell and Peggy Fleming; Angel Cordero (Jockey); race car drivers Dale Earnhardt Sr., Emerson Fittipaldi, Bob Elliot, Janet Guthrie, Kyle Petty and Bobby Allison; Golfers Arnold Palmer, Jerry Pate, Gene Sarazen, Harry Cooper, Gary Player, Gay Brewer, and Cary Middlecoff. Included among the few items that are multi-signed is a 1965 program signed by the Hell Drivers (daredevil drivers who performed at the New York World’s Fair) and a 2002 golf program signed by ten PGA golfers. The collection includes some duplication and has an emphasis on auto racing and golf. Photographs and pictures mostly measure about 8 X 10 with some smaller. Good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
