This cut features a gorgeous bold signature from Italian-American bodybuilder Charles Atlas using a black fountain-tip pen. Atlas was one of the biggest bodybuilders of his day, and his name and likeness spawned one of the most iconic marketing campaigns of all time. Good condition, cut is glued onto a thicket piece of paper and then presented on an index card. The cut itself measures approximately 3.5” x 1.5” and the index card measures 5” x 3.5”. This lot comes from the extensive personal collection of a life-long collector of Historical, Entertainment and Sports artifacts and memorabilia. The collector has amassed a virtually unmatched collection that is one of the largest we have ever seen. This lot comes with a letter from Gotta Have Rock and Roll.com stating that it was sold in the Gotta Have History Winter Auction, February 16-25, 2022.
