American actor Cesar Romero has signed this photograph of himself and included the inscription "All best wishes". Romero had a wide ranging career which included roles of Latin Lovers, historical figures, and parts in light-hearted comedies before landing the iconic role of the Joker in the Adam West Batman TV Show.
