A one page double sided contract which was drawn up on 30th October 1964 between NEMS Enterprises, Southerland House, London, England and Selmur Productions Inc. for Tommy Quickly to appear on the American television programme ‘Shindig’ on 30th November 1964 at ABC Studios, Hollywood, USA.

The contract has been signed by Brian Epstein in ballpoint pen.

Dimensions: The contract measures 21.5cm x 35.5cm (8.5 inches x 14 inches). The ink on Brian’s signature is slightly discolored.

Condition: The condition is very good minus.

Authentication: Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
