An original Joe Halper photograph of a young Bob Dylan, taken sometime in the 1960s when he was a working folk musician playing Greenwich Village clubs. Joe Alper was one of the seminal music photographers of the 1960s. His artist roster includes images of every great jazz blues and folk player of the decade, including album covers for Coltrane mingus, Sonny Rollins, Freda Payne, Leslie Gore and others. Louis Armstrong counted an image of Joe's as his favorite portrait of himself. Good condition. Measures 4 x 6. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
