Autograph Collection of US Senate and Congress Members (100+)

An extensive collection of over 100 political autographs consisting primarily of signed letters and photographs of United States Senators and members of US Congress.

Of special interest, there are several items signed by Senator Prescott Bush of Connecticut (father of President George H. W. Bush). The collection also includes a signed photograph and letter from Patsy Mink, a member of Congress from Hawaii who was the first woman of color and first Asian American elected to Congress. No doubt other historical trivia exists within this collection. Some correspondence dates as early as the 1930s. Among the items not listed are several signature cuts, a Senate Chamber pass issued by Prescott Bush, and few unidentified photographs and letters.

Size varies. Good to very good condition overall.
