Well, there is only ONE number ONE in any rock icon’s arsenal and this is it. Ace Frehley’s personally owned, night after night, multiple KISS tour number one MAIN touring guitar AFS001. Just like its brother, AFS002, this is not a regal ACE 300 model. This is an AFS model that was personally made for Ace Frehley, which was his PRIMARY touring guitar, played night after night on the KISS Psycho Circus and KISS farewell tours and hereafter as a solo artist. Ace had a handful of main stage played guitars for these tours which included AFS001, AFS002, ACE002 a Gibson Les Paul Ace Model Cherry Burst Smoker, a Gibson Les Paul Ace Model Cherry Burst Rocket Shooter, a Gibson double neck and his Steve Carr Prototype marked UFO making this guitar a true part of KISS-tory as his last played KISS guitar with endless wear and tear on it while belting out all the KISS classics. Endless pictures and videos exist. Rock solid provenance as AFS001 went directly from Ace’s hands to friend (our consigner) whose collection of Ace Frehley guitars was unparalleled. AFS comes with one letter of authenticity signed by ACE and a certificate of authenticity signed by ACE. The rear headstock was also signed by ACE. Signed pictures of ACE playing this guitar. It also comes with the original case with AFS-001 markings, KISS after show badge, a signed case and a host of case candy specific to the tours and this guitar.
