New York Yankees star slugger Aaron Judge wore this Tampa Yankees batting helmet in 2014 during his first professional baseball season. Selected by the Yankees in the first round of the 2013 MLB draft after a successful collegiate career with the Fresno State Bulldogs the towering right fielder played in 66 games for the A+ ballclub, hitting .283 with eight homers and 33 RBI. In 2017 Judge went on to a record-breaking rookie season, blasting an MLB rookie record 52 homeruns. The hefty headgear is a dual-flapped Rawlings S100 model, size 7 ½, labeled with Judge’s “59” uniform number on back and the Tampa “TY” logo on the front. At the beginning of the 2018 season, the Tampa Yankees were rebranded as the Tampa Tarpons. The helmet displays a lot of game use from this young star poised to become a future baseball legend. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
