This Original World Series Trophy is one of the most highly coveted prizes in baseball and commemorates the New York Yankees 1999 World Series sweep of the Atlanta Braves. It was the El Duque & Rivera show, with The Rocket sealing the deal in Game 4 to give the Yankees their third title in 4 years. Golden award on black podium with gold band surrounding which reads, “World Series Champions, New York Yankees, 1999.” 30 pennants surround the ball & crown motif at center with Yankees & Braves World Series pins in front. These were only given to players and front office personnel. A must-have for a Yankee collector, as it is an extremely rare trophy for one of the best World Series wins of the Yankees. Comes with a Letter of Provenance and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
