The Chicago Bulls completed their second three-peat in the 1997-98 season led by five-time MVP Michael Jordan. Every time Jordan was in an NBA Finals he captured the Finals MVP award, and during the 1997-98 NBA Finals Jordan averaged 33.5 points in a staggering 41.7 minutes per game while capturing his sixth and final NBA championship. Presented here are a pair of shoes game worn during the 1997-1998 season as well as practice-worn during the 1998 Playoffs. Jordan wore this style of shoe in the black colorway during the NBA Finals. Air Jordan 14 size “13” white shoes with black and red trim. The player number “23” is on the backs as well as a Jumpman logo. Jordan signed the inside of the left shoe in black marker with the added inscription “To Dominick Best Wishes”. Dominick was an Upper Deck executive that Jordan gave the pair of shoes to as a present. These shoes are properly tagged, show fantastic game use and are attributed to the last season of the greatest basketball player of all time. A serious must-have for any Jordan collector. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
