After a long career as an ace hurler, Hall of Famer Bob Lemon signed on with the New York Yankees as a coach and was elevated to manager in 1978. The featured jersey is from the 1979 season when Lemon was the skipper of the pinstripers. The Wilson size 48 gamer has a team-stitched "Lemon 79 1" inside the color and is signed by lemon is black marker. This jersey comes from the collection of Matt Minker. Minker was a long-time Baseball collector as well as president and managing partner of the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Minker obtained this jersey directly from Bob Lemon. A one-of-a-kind item, a must-have for any serious Baseball collector.
