1863 Union Army pay voucher on behalf of the named U.S. Volunteer surgeon (E.S Palmer ?) accompanied by handwritten special orders from the Adjutant General’s Office, Washington DC for 1st Surgeon Palmer at Chambersburg, Pa to report to the Army of the Potomac to replace the Surgeon there.
Dimensions: 17 X 11, tape reinforcement on fold lines on verso. Special Orders 8 X 9.5.
Condition: Overall good condition with evident wear.
