Bob Dylan signed this "Tempest" CD booklet at a pop up store in New York City. Dylan signed the booklet in silver paint pen and all of the covers were signed that day in silver paint pen. The case and the original CD are included. The booklet is in very good condition, any scuffing that appear in the image shown here is on the case itself, not the booklet. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
