The document concerns the removal of John Branca and Barry Siegel as managers of the trust and the appointment of Charles Koppelman and Alvin Malnik. This 8.5 x 11 signed document comes from the collection of a close friend and personal assistant to Michael whose family was very close to Michael for many years, travelling all over the world with him.
