This is an Apollo 11 original color photograph negative depicting the stunning image of the Apollo 11 Lunar Module “Eagle” taken from the lunar surface with a view of the Earth in the background over the top of the lunar module. The 2.5 inch square negative is mounted on a thin cardboard mount measuring about 4 X 6 that is numbered and labeled from the mission, “Apollo 11 July 16-24, 1969,” with a detailed description of this historic scene. The Apollo 11 mission to land the First man on the Moon manned by Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins is considered the most significant space mission in history. Very good condition.
