An amazing example of a beautiful Benny Leonard autograph with a long detailed inscription. Leonard writes "To Harvey Thomas Wright, Sincerely Benny Leonard, on June 12 Jack Sharkey fights Max Schmeling and the winner will be Sharkey in my opinion". The autograph is dated June 4, 1930, which is also penned in Leonard's hand. It is unbelievable to get Leonard's take on the Sharkey vs. Schmeling fight, and funny enough, Leonard was wrong, as Schmeling defeated Sharkey in the fourth round. Measures 4.5 x 6.5. Good condition. Comes with a JSA LOA and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
