Stevie Nicks owned and worn black velvet top and skirt. From the collection of the late Irwin Pate who passed away in May of 2018. Pate was a renowned booking agent and promotional manager for over four decades. He promoted talent all over the United States. During his career, Pate, and his wife Clarine Pate, obtained a large collection of personal clothing and articles belonging to numerous entertainers. Pate knew Stevie Nicks, they met several times and Pate booked and promoted a few of her shows. During one of their meetings Pate told Stevie about his collection and she then gifted him a few items for his collection, including this two-piece black velvet outfit. The outfit has been in the Pate collection since that time. In very good condition, the bracelet comes with a letter from Pate's widow, Clarine Pate on Pate Entertainment, Inc. letterhead, stating that the outfit was owned and worn by Stevie Nicks, and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
