Sex Pistols band members John Beverley (Sid Vicious), John Lydon (Johnny Rotten), Paul Cook and Steve Jones have signed the third page of this three page contract between Virgin Records, Glitterbest Limited and Warner Brothers Records regarding royalties to be paid to the band in black ink. Also signed by Stephen Fisher on behalf of Glitterbest, these are the band's original signatures. We believe this contract to have been signed circa 1977. The agreement, directed to Warner Brothers, Inc. from Virgin Records and Glitterbest (the Sex Pistols had recently signed with Virgin records and Glitterbest, founded by Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren was their management company) to Warner Brothers Records was regarding royalties to be paid to the group. The pages are photocopies of the original typed agreement, the page that has been signed by Virgin Records and Warner Brothers records is a copy of their original signed page. The third page is an original page signed by the Sex Pistols and Stephen Fisher. Measures 8.5 x 13. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
