Pelé 1958 Brazil vs Sweden vintage original FIFA World Cup Final ticket stub. This final featured a very young s17-year old Pelé.
An original 1958 World Cup final ticket stub in excellent condition. In 2022, a PSA 1 of this ticket stub was sold for $3,900 (that card was in very poor condition). Pelé was coming off an impressive Semi-Final match in which his hat trick led Brazil to a comfortable 5-2 victory over France. Now the 17-year-old was facing the host nation Sweden in front of a packed crowd at Råsunda Stadium in Stockholm in his first-ever World Cup Final. After Sweden opened the scoring in the fourth minute, on a goal by Nils Liedholm, Brazil would respond with goals in the ninth and 30th minutes on goals by Vava. Pelé would put Brazil up 3-1 in the 55th minute and scored the insurance goal in the 89th minute to secure the 5-2 victory.
