First Lady Michelle Obama wore this stunning Rodarte custom sheer black blouse when she gave a speech at the 2018 School Counselor of the Year Celebration in Washington. This gorgeous blouse features an intricate floral and polka dot print that was designed with both tulle and lace. Mrs. Obama can be seen wearing this jacket in several photographs from the event. The blouse was donated to charity and sold. Excellent condition. The blouse comes with a letter of authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
