25th President of the United States William McKinley signed this Ohio State House card using a black steel-tip fountain pen. McKinley served as President from 1897 to 1901, leading America through the Spanish-American War and instituting protective tariffs to protect the struggling United States economy. Before holding the highest office, he was Governor of Ohio from 1892 to 1896. Good condition. Measures 3” x 5”. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
