33rd President of the United States Harry S. Truman signed and inscribed this photograph of himself to “Bloomington State College” using a black ballpoint pen. The inscription is dated October 24th, 1967, which was quite sometime after his run as President which took place from 1945 to 1953. Truman instituted the Truman Doctrine and NATO to halt communist expansion and implemented historic civil rights legislation. Very Good condition. Measures 8” x 10”.
