Rehnquist, Thurgood Marshall, John Paul Stevens, Anthony M. Kennedy, Sandra Day O’Connor, Antonin Scalia, and David H. Souter in the left-to-right order of autographs. This was Rehnquist’s third Supreme Court and Thurgood Marshall’s final supreme court before retiring during the Bush Administration and being succeeded by Clarence Thomas.
