Peter Gray, known as the MLB’s “Miracle Man,” signed this photograph of him playing outfield for the St. Louis Browns with a blue pen. Gray is known for being the first of three men to play in an MLB game despite having only one arm, appearing in 77 games for the Browns in 1945. The MLB Legend was born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, a mining town, and lost his left arm at the age of 7 or 8. He was a successful minor league outfielder, and in the majors he batted .218 with 13 RBIs while carrying out his dream of playing a double-header in Yankee Stadium. Measures 8 x 10. Very Good condition. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Certification of Authentication and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
